ARM Investments — EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program · Last updated 2 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ARM Investments, 6161 Savoy Drive, #904 Houston, TX 77036, United States. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARM Investments, and “you” refers to anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.
If you have any question about this policy or about the information we hold about you, write to info@arm-investments-eb5.com or call +1 713 266-3481.
2. Information you give us Forms & chat
- Enquiry form. Your first and last name, email address, telephone number, the type of enquiry you select, your message, and the language you are browsing in.
- Consultation booking. If you choose a time for a video consultation, we also record the date and time you selected and the timezone it was displayed in, and we create a calendar invitation and a video-meeting link for it.
- AI assistant. The assistant asks for your first name, last name, email address and mobile number before a conversation starts. The messages exchanged in that conversation are stored with those details.
We do not collect payment card details, bank account details, passport numbers or any other identity-document data through this website. Nothing on this site asks for them, and you should not send them to us by email either — documentation of that kind is handled separately, through the formal subscription process and your own advisers.
3. Information collected automatically Technical & campaign data
- Technical details. Your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you arrived on, and the website or search engine that referred you.
- Advertising campaign details. Where you reach this site from one of our advertisements, we record the campaign information carried in the link — the campaign, ad group, keyword and creative it came from — together with the click identifier the advertising network adds (for example Google's
gclid, Microsoft'smsclkidor Meta'sfbclid). This is stored alongside your enquiry so we can tell which advertising produces genuine interest.
4. Cookies we set
eb5_attr— 90 days. Records the advertising campaign that first brought you to the site and the most recent one, so an enquiry you send days later is still credited correctly. It is not readable by scripts on the page.site_lang— 365 days. Remembers the language you chose.- Session cookie — deleted when you close your browser. Keeps your form session and the security token that protects our forms from misuse.
Where the analytics and advertising tools in section 5 are switched on, those providers set their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but campaign attribution and your language preference will not be remembered.
5. Analytics and advertising tools
Depending on our current configuration, this site may load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. When active, these providers receive your IP address and information about the pages you view, and they may combine it with data they already hold. They act as independent controllers of the data they collect; their own privacy notices govern that processing.
6. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and to send you the information you asked for.
- To arrange, confirm and hold a consultation you have booked.
- To send you an acknowledgement that your message reached us.
- To understand which of our marketing activities reach genuinely interested investors.
- To keep the site secure — the IP address and browser details recorded with a submission are what let us identify automated abuse of our forms.
- To keep the business records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Who your information is shared with
- Google. A consultation booking creates a calendar entry and a video-meeting link in our Google account, so your name, email address and the meeting time are processed by Google. Where the tools in section 5 are active, Google also receives analytics and advertising data. The web fonts used on this site are served from Google's servers, which means Google sees the IP address of every visitor.
- Meta. Only where the Meta Pixel is active, as described in section 5.
- Our email provider. Enquiry notifications to our team and the acknowledgement sent to you pass through our mail provider's servers.
- Content delivery networks. Some styling, icons, flag images and script libraries load from
cdnjs.cloudflare.com,code.jquery.comandflagcdn.com. These providers see your IP address as part of serving those files. - AI provider. Where the assistant's live language model is enabled, the text of your conversation is sent to that provider to generate a reply. When it is not enabled, the assistant answers from a fixed set of prepared answers and nothing leaves our server.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Where we are required to disclose information by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
8. Where your information is held
We are based in the United States and the information you send us is stored on servers in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in a country whose data-protection law may differ from your own.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and consultation records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and thereafter for as long as we are required to retain business records or may need them in connection with a legal claim. Where we no longer need a record for any of those purposes, we delete it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, see section 10.
10. Your choices and your rights
Write to info@arm-investments-eb5.com and you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing communications;
- restrict or object to a particular use of your information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under the General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour a request made under those laws in the way they require. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
11. Security
Access to enquiry and consultation records is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by individual login credentials. Data is transmitted to this site over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
This website is directed at adult investors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where we are required to do so.
